Returns for Numeric Size Items:
- Returns for numeric size items are accepted within 30 days of the date they were received.
- Items must be unworn (other than trying them on), in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please contact us through the store’s contact form for approval.
- Return Processing Time: Returns may take up to 4 weeks to process as all items undergo a thorough inspection for alterations.
- Restocking Fee: A 10%-35% restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders (depending on the gown).
- Shipping, rush order and customization fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If you choose to exchange your item for a different size or style, no restocking fee will apply.
Custom Size Items:
- Custom size items cannot be returned. These items are made specifically to your measurements and requirements, making them ineligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Procedure:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please reach out via the store’s contact form with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return authorization along with further return instructions.
- Package the Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Processing & Inspection:
- Once received, returns will be inspected for alterations, wear, or damage.
- This process may take up to 4 weeks before a refund is issued.

- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A 10%-35% restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders (depending on the gown).
- Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee.
- Rush order and customization fees are non-refundable.
- Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation Policy:
As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept order cancellations. However, we do accept returns for eligible items. Please refer to the return policy and procedure for details.
